Quadratic Equations: Factoring (Level 9)

Video Description

This video continues covering the proper way to solve quadratic equations of the form ax^2+bx+c=0 by factoring. This video goes over two examples where the coefficient of the quadratic term is greater than 1. The first example involves an equation where the coefficient of the linear term is negative and that of the constant term is also negative. The second example illustrates how to spot a quadratic equation that is not factorable over the integers by using the method of decomposition and grouping.
